Where appropriate a full site survey will be carried out to ascertain the most efficient and effective service delivery.
Rubynest then undertakes that a proposal will be forwarded to you within 48 hours for your review and consideration. All proposals are fully detailed and site specific offering the benefits of our experience and resources base.
On acceptance of our proposal a fully qualified member of the team will undertake a further survey to ensure that all access and other associated issues are satisfactory prior to arranging the first clean. Full site specific Risk Assessments, Method Statements and any other necessary certifications will be provided as appropriate prior to contract mobilisation.
On completion of the work a certificate of satisfaction will be provided for signature prior to any invoice being sent.
