Rubynest is committed to complying with all applicable environmental legislation as well as achieving environmental best practice throughout its business activities, wherever this is practical. Furthermore, Rubynest seeks continuous improvement of its environmental performance by setting objectives and targets within the organisation to achieve its environmental goals.
Rubynest conducts internal reviews to measure environmental performance and to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and other requirements applicable to our business activities.

We will do our best to promote environmental awareness amongst our clients and where practical, actively encourage them to adopt best environmental practice and co-operate with those that have environmental management systems in place where there is sound commercial and technical rationale.
Rubynest will seek to influence and encourage, through the selection and management processes, key suppliers and sub-contractors to adopt best practice and reduce their impact on the environment.
This policy will be implements through the management structure of Rubynest, direct responsibility remaining with senior management within the individual divisions.
This policy statement will be reviewed on a regular basis and updated to reflect improved environmental awareness, adoption of new technology, the development of alternative resources and changing legislative requirements.
